1. General Premise
The Terms and Conditions of the www.svetmontessori.si. website are established in line with the Slovenian Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1) and Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).
The owner and webmaster of the www.svetmontessori.si. website is the institute Zavod Svet montessori, šolstvo, Nova Gorica, Cesta 25. junija 1B, Kromberk, 5000 Nova Gorica (hereinafter referred to as the Institute). The website includes all the web pages that are part of the www.svetmontessori.si.URL. “Website user” shall be defined as any person who is using any of the web pages (searching, content reading, opening hyperlinks, etc.) within the www.svetmontessori.si. website (hereinafter referred to as User).
2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Users must abide by these Terms and Conditions. By using the www.svetmontessori.si. website, Users accept these Terms and Conditions, and declare that they are acquainted with and agree to them. Users can keep up-to-date with any changes to the Terms and Conditions on this very site.

The Svet montessori institute undertakes to respect and protect the confidentiality of the personal data of its website users. Users browse the www.svetmontessori.si. website anonymously, and the administrator does not collect their personal data. The Institute only reserves the right to acquire, for statistical purposes, the kind of data by its website visitors that does not point to any individual characteristics.

5.1 Contact Form
In the Contact Forms, Users shall fill in their name and surname, e-mail address and telephone number. The Institute needs Users’ contact information in order to reply to their questions and to provide them with any necessary information. The administrator guarantees and undertakes to respect and protect Users’ personal data as confidential and in accordance with the provisions set by the applicable law. The administrator shall not reveal any provided data to third parties or to any unauthorised persons, and shall only use any acquired data for the purposes for which it has been provided.
5.2 Newsletter
The Institute offers the visitors of its website to subscribe to its newsletter. When a User subscribes to the newsletter, the Institute only collects the e-mail address that they have inserted in the registration form. The Institute shall process this data exclusively in order to keep Users up-to-date on news, events and other types of information related to its operations, and for statistical purposes.
E-mail information shall be stored until the User unsubscribes from the newsletter. Users may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any given time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” button in the e-mail that they have received.
If the User does not select to agree to the subscription, the Institute shall not send them any updates by e-mail and shall not collect nor process their e-mail address. The Institute shall only send e-mail updates to those persons who will have explicitly agreed to receiving them.
These users are hereby informed that their e-mail addresses shall be processed by the Institute, and stored in a system that is physically located at its headquarters. Users’ e- mail addresses shall be stored in the database of a chosen provider for the purpose of distributing electronic updates and shall not be used for any other purpose.
The Institute may, if pertinent to the purposes for which e-mail addresses are processed according to the EU legislation and relevant Slovenian provisions, share these e-mail addresses with persons who provide individual data-processing services to the Institute, such as the preparation and distribution of newsletters.
5.3 Cookies
The www.svetmontessori.si. website uses cookies, i.e. text files stored on the User’s computer or mobile device while browsing the website. Cookies serve various purposes. Cookies help a website remember a User’s preferences as set on their computer while browsing the website, so that they do not need to be reset each time the User visits the same website.

The website provider cannot control those cookies, as their use is managed by the registration conditions that the User agreed to when signing up for these networks.
The Institute shall not be deemed responsible for personal opinions of users and followers, for reviews or inappropriate content on social networks such as Facebook or Instagram. The Institute furthermore reserves the right to remove, at its own discretion and without explanation, any content that might in any way violate the rights of others or that might be in any way illegal, offensive, degrading, vulgar, or disputable in any other way.
6. Exclusion of Liability
All the content and material on the www.svetmontessori.si. website is of a purely informative nature. The Institute undertakes to provide the most accurate and updated information on its website, but shall not be deemed responsible for its correctness. Users shall use all the content published on the website on their own responsibility. Neither the Institute nor any other legal or natural person who has participated in the operation or the creation of the www.svetmontessori.si.website shall therefore be deemed responsible for any damage that might be caused by accessing these contents and by the use or misuse of the information on the website, or for any errors or flaws in its contents.
The Institute furthermore shall not be deemed responsible for any damage (including damages caused by viruses) to the computers, smart phones or any other application used to access the www.svetmontessori.si.website that might result from the User’s website browsing or any type of website use. 7. Users’ rights, storing period, etc.
At the User’s request, the administrator shall inform the User whether any personal data has been stored, and which. If the relevant legal conditions are met, the User has the right to demand that this data be corrected, limited or erased.
The User also has the right to file a complaint with the monitoring authority for data protection (Information Commissioner).
